«A combination and partial remodel of a couple of the Governor's Island sets. Based on the idea and design of some ‹central› module combining the – slightly modified – Pergola and the Guard Tower from the extension sets I had done last year already. Also to break the grid a little I positioned them angled to the regular stud directions. But it was just the surface element then and didn't have any fancy base rock element. Later the execution site was announced – and it had this nice grotto with a hatch to the surface… a beautiful base, to try to put the Pergola and the Guard Tower on and get rid of the execution site itself. So when the instructions where published there I went to take that as the base rock elements.»

«This is a stand e.g. for MOC-128712: Stargate SG-1 & Stargate Atlantis F-302 by JULIO Brick Builder or MOC-126538: Stargate SG-1 Death Glider (Goa'uld) by magurean.paul.»
«The base is the Stargate Center logo on a disc to provide stability for the relatively high balance point — and quite stable given the build direction changes I had to use. I also tried trans-orange instead of trans-red for the Chevron — doesn't look bad either.»

«This model resembles the Ancient Control Chair as seen in the science fiction television series Stargate SG-1 and — predominantly — Stargate Atlantis.»
«First discovered in the Ancient outpost Taonas on Proclarush and then Antartica on Earth in Stargate SG-1 it came to extensive use in Stargate Atlantis where it came to use not only controlling the drones to defend Anubis and Wraith attacks respectively as well as briefly navigating a holographic library as on the Ancient outposts but also managing large parts of the city of Atlantis. While Col. O'Neill had to be heavily focussed on the task and Dr. Beckett always was totally frightened, Col. Sheppard was a natural on it.»
